ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admissions are open for classes Playgroup to Class XII at SPJV, VARKANA. The school aspires to produce students who are outstanding in academics as well as social and ethical values, skills and attitudes to contribute positively to society. Thus, the admission process is designed to test both aptitude and attitude. Registration is the first step towards seeking admission. Few seats are reserved for Management Quota, RTE, Sibling Cases, Staff Child,and Transfer Cases.

For Registration-
  1. Fill the Admission Application form and register. Registration forms will be available from (Monday-Saturday), between 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  2. Assessment/ Oral Interaction
  3. Document Submission
  4. Document Verification
  5. Principal’s Approval
  6. Payment of prescribed registration form
  7. Admission
Important Documents to be Submitted/Attached:-
  • Birth Certificate of child.
  • Aadhar card Of Child and parents.
  • Six Passport-size colour photographs of the child and parents.
  • Transfer certificate of previous school from class HKG onwards.
  • Mark sheet of previous Classes passed.
  • Parents of students approved for admission will called for verification of original documents as per the schedule.
  • Shri Parshwanath Jain Vidyalaya reserves the right to amend the fee for each academic session to provide an enhanced
    learning experience and environment for the students enrolled at school.
OBSERVATION-CUM-INTERACTION FOR PRE-PRIMARY CLASSES

Admissions to Classes Playgroup, Nursery, and L.K.G. & H.K.G. will be granted based on the Observation-cum-lnteraction. Kindly note, that no entrance test or interview is conducted. The presence of both parents during this period is mandatory.Eligibility  minimum 2.5 years.

ASSESSMENT AND INTERACTION SESSION FOR CLASSES 1 to X

An assessment will be conducted for the students from Class I to X, followed by an interactive session. The candidate will be selected based on their performance in the assessment.

ASSESSMENT FOR CLASSES & XII

An assessment will be conducted for Class Xl & XII. The candidate will be selected based on their performance in assessment
and it’s previous class record.
